citizenM Miami South Beach Hotel
The South Beach Citizen M Hotel project is a new construction (after demo of existing bank building), fully fitted out hotel that consist of 168 guest rooms. The new hotel is classified as a mixed used / hotel and retail facility and is looking to achieve LEED Gold certification.
STATUS OF THE CONSTRUCTION
The citizenM hotel in Miami Beach will be the third hotel in South Florida for this Dutch banque chain, which has purchased an old hotel in order to build a new one. Americaribe has started the demolition. Delivery 3rd trimester of 2024
