citizenM Miami South Beach Hotel
The South Beach Citizen M Hotel project is a new construction (after demo of existing bank building), fully fitted out hotel that consist of 168 guest rooms.
The new hotel is classified as a mixed used / hotel and retail facility and is looking to achieve LEED Gold certification. The hotel will be 6 stories with building height of 70’.
Bouygues Construction’s subsidiary, Bouygues Bâtiment International, to which Americaribe is attached, has previously worked with the CitizenM group in the UK.
The works are scheduled to last 24 months. Currently 70 workers on site

STATUS OF THE CONSTRUCTION
The CitizenM hotel in Miami Beach will be the third hotel in South Florida for this Dutch hotel chain, which has purchased an old hotel in order to build a new one. Americaribe has started the demolition of the existing building to begin initial work.
